All appointment history is based upon Niasoma's schedule records.
Reschedule/Cancel - We require 24 hour advanced notice to cancel an appointment. Without this notice, a Late Cancel Fee up to 50% of the session will be due before the next appointment. Fee may be charged to card on file.
No Call/No Show – If a session is missed without notice, cost of entire session will be due before next appointment. Fee may be charged to card on file.
Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian and written consent given.
Regarding Treatment & Maintenance Promise discount, appointment history is based upon Niasoma's schedule records.
Any remarks or advances deemed (by therapist) to be illicit or suggestive will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client is responsible for full payment regardless of elapsed time.
Please refrain from using alcohol or recreational drugs before your appointment. It will make you feel worse, it’s a risk to our practice, and we reserve the right to cancel your appointment at our discretion. Half of the session may be charged to the card on file.
